    Im trying to clean up the interior of the 355 and want to polish up the shifter plate. It sounds like a silly question but how do i take the ball off? there doesnt seem to be a set screw, nor does it seem to want to twist off.

    There is a nut on the bottom of the shift knob. 17mm I believe.
