How does oil get to sump?

In the early 12 cylinder engines 250, 275, 330, How does the oil that is pumped up to the camshafts in the cylinder heads get back down to the sump in the bottom of the engine??????

I am looking at several diagrams that show journals leading up to the camshafts, but I don't see how the oil gets back down to the sump. Are there holes in the bottom of the cylinder heads near the rockers that allow the oil to trickel down to the bottom of the engine?
