Uncle Ron should go down to his local honda deal and buy some civics and field them to win must first finish . And to finish you must start so baby steps uncle Ron . What did Ron once say to media he makes history you guys report it impo Ron is history

 

Your calling an end to McLaren or Ron's reign ?

 

I think Ron cares more for his own ego than for McLaren's good. Contrary for example to Ecclestone who puts business first and is ready to step down if it means more money and success. Ron has something of the ship's captain about him, he'll end up going down with it.

 

He own's a lot of McLaren stock But not enough so as to NOT get fired
Plus the board can elect to sell the company if Ron's turnaround plan fails

 

The common thread is crooks and crims in F1. In Chapman's case he died before justice caught up with him. Ron was left virtually unpunished and allowed to benefit from the stolen goods he and his team knowingly received.

 

Jeez McLaren are in the same position as Australia - 2015 is a writeoff

Would be boring (just like him) not enough people would defend him.

 

Btw, Mclaren is not all that bad. They have a bad engine and a bad chassis but at least the pit mechanics are perfect.

If Bernie had stepped down 10+ years ago F1 would be in a far better place. All these guys have massive egos and believe that only they are the answer.

Just about everybody is a crook if given uncontrolled access to money. Why don't politicians put processes in place to ensure the money is uncontrolled? ... because most politicians are crooks too and don't want the same controls monitoring them. This can be the only answer otherwise I cannot understand why they distribute money with the maturity of a 6 year old.

But yes back to McLaren's Honda issue. I suggest they purchase one of Jim's SCG003 engines

Arrogant isn't the issue AFAIC.

Ron and his team knowingly accepted stolen goods. That is criminal and that's a fact.

He lied about it. Another fact. As each part of his lie was uncovered he lied more.

Ron never had enough character to apologize to the victim - another fact.

McLaren benefited from the stolen IP.

What's laughable is people trying to justify that because he's been around for a long time the stealing and lying is ok. Which is as bad as people who try and dismiss these facts as dislike of Ron.

There's a natural justice to McLaren's plummeting fortune since Ron's return. With luck, enough people who love him and are willing to ignore the criminal stuff, will keep sway and keep him in charge - so I can continue to enjoy the justice of their predicament.
