How fast have you taken your 355, 360 or 430

I have taken a 360 in Florida 155 mph a few weeks ago. Felt Like I was going 85!

Kenny and Salman, that's almost top speed for the 355, yeah?

Don't they max out at around 290kmph? I presume with the Ferrari speedo error, it would be showing around 300kmph on the instrument cluster?

 

265km/h, 355 Berlinetta. Tangkak-Yong Peng stretch, Malaysia.

 

Have drive a 355 GTB in about 160mph...
Ride in a 360 Modena in simular speed. Make a spin in 106mph as passanger at a track.

 

I once had a dream that myself and few other F-chatters on the way to the race track in Fontana ran up to about 168 or so playing with a lambo and a 355 and my 360. the 355 was within a half a car length or so when I let off.

is your car the 99 F1? I believe it's the only Spider F1 in Kuwait, saw it in Shamiya once.

I've got a yellow GTS F1 myself, took it up to 210kmh max. Yeah, don't start, I know.

 

140 on my bike. probably could get up to 155, maybe 160 if i kept going. i might get a friend to film me doing it this weekend

164 in the NSX, only 120 for a short bit in the F430 so far. Only been on highway once so.............

 

155 in my 360. Slowing down to the speed limit after that was amazing. 80 felt like I was crawling through a parking lot. lol

 

ok you guys that have done 140+ in a 355 must have bigger cajones than I do because at 130+, my 355 starts to get very light up front and does not exactly inspire confidence in me to push it further. My 456m on the other hand being a much heavier car feels glued to the road at the same speeds.

Totally agree. Took my 355B to 155 mph - was scared $hitless.

 

C'mon whatcha guys scared about - I took my lil fat piggie (Audi S4) to a speed restricted 140 mph - surely the 355 would go 30 mph beyond that on a straight road - come to Texas - lots of WOT stretches available

 

I Was a passenger in 360 CS and we got up 181mph.

164MPH at a timed event in my current F355 GTB. Probable 180MPH in my old F355 Spider (roof up) in 2000 on a continental motorway in convoy with an identical car. On both occasions the cars felt completely stable.

 

i have a GREAT story about Bob Callahan, his F355 Spider and my base-model Saturn SL and one day i'll figure out how to turn it into an article for the front page of the Ferrari Market Letter and it will kick ass...
