Not that I have extra time or expertise on Computers but I think there is a need for one with the Jaguar XJ220s.
Sort of a Data base for sharing parts locations, repair facilities, mods to go around problems because of lack of parts Etc.
I have never attempted anything like this and am wondering how much time and expertise is involved. I think it would be a neat part time/spare time project and since there are so few of them hopefully it would not be a burden.
I feel the XJ220 is the Rodney Dangerfield of Supercars; no respect.
The other part is how do I contact owners who tend to be secretive or aloof ?

I've seen a few of these. Collecting the info would be a snap but having a web site that has a buy/sell forum would be tricky. What if a member doesn't pay or ship the goods. Also after awhile you'll have spammers selling crap, a few people will join to sell their crap and most likely be shady when it comes to delivering.

As far as contacting owners, start with a message board that is "the one" in terms of rep and user numbers. You could always print up some one pagers and hand them out at a meeting/ event.

It looking like you're in the market to open a JagChat.
