How hard to install a carbon fiber console in a 911?

    Can anyone give me some tips on installing a carbon fiber console in my 2002 911 Cab, Am I better off having a professional do it, or is it something that can be done by someone with little technical knowledge?

    This is pretty simple.

    There are a few hidden screws under a rubber mat in the center console, and even tucked under the coin holder, but in general its a follow your nose kinda job. Watch out for things like the e-brake cover and the wired up light harness etc. If that makes you nervous then go to an independent Porsche shop and let them knock it out for you.

    I think you can do it.
