You cant believe how light those are, they are from aluminum, the original ones are not CNC made and they are not aluminum thats why they are this heavy!
    Thanks :)

Took me about 8 hours work for all 3, but they need a week for the enamel colors and the liquid glass in order to cure.
This is because most of this time was the artwork on the PC, now I can make them much faster.
Also the liquid glass is UV resistance so they will last forever! :)
    Thanks :)

I really dont know how much someone willing to pay for a handmade work like this, also they are already a few out there that make something like this (yosy or something), I was about to buy from them, but I read feedbacks here for some color problems and delays, as a jeweler I can see things that most people cant, so I was sure that at the end I will not like the aftermarket ones (I have see problems on originals too....)
Also there is the bent problem, I bent them with my hands in order to fit perfect in my 360, so it needs a special tool in order to bent them and this tool will cost up to 500 euros.
But you give me a good idea to try and find a way to make them faster and as a custom order size!
I will let you know as soon as I have news on this, at this moment I have lot of work!
    Thanks :)

Was bending them to fit the contours of the fender a problem? It seems like the paint would crack when bent.

If it is by a custom order for personal use, there is no problem, if someone makes them in china and start sale them on ebay, then yes

No if you use the right colors and stuff and have heat them up a little!

Lefteris- Beautiful workmanship. A set of three in a frame would look great on anyones's wall, in addition to them looking beautiful on Ferraris. They would also look gorgeous inlet into a coffee table top.

So can they be supplied flat and then heated and bent at some later date by the end user?

A former World Champion driver told me that I had good hands (lol) so please let me know when you are ready to offer these.

of course he was talking about car control so I'll probably bugger up the shields something awful when it comes to heating and bending them...
