Just curious to get people's impressions on the "new and improved" FerrariAds. I greatly like the new format and listed my own vehicle on there. Lots of hits, good number of enquiries, but ultimately sold it as a result of of a lead generated off the board.

    Success stories? General comments?

I bought a really nice clock from dm n stuff! Haven't put it in the car yet but it looks good on the kitchen counter.

Same here when I went to sell my Lemans this spring. Lots of hits from here but sold from a lead on a Pontiac board

It's nice but personally I think Ferrarichat.com could have it's classified forums attached to here. I honestly think we'd have alot more of a marketplace going on if we did this. This is the first forum I've been on that has not offered something like this. Just my $0.02

Is it me or does it not seem to get as much action as the old FerrariAds? For example I seem to rarely see updated 360's on there. It's the same old ads. The old had new ones all the time. I forget to even check it out most of the time now.

Agreed. Some of the inventory does seem to get a little stale. I'm wondering whether the board needs to be marketed a little better for the sake of the newbies.

I AGREE with srf city and kevin at nap performance. The old ferrariads may have looked outdated but worked much better then the new format.

New format looks great but is complicated for people and they just move on.
I figured it out but some dont.

remember the kiss theory. keep it short and simple.

I go there to drool at least once a week. I like the look of the format and the ability to see multiple pictures. I don't like the sparse descriptions and lack of zip code so I can see how far away the car is but those missing items are mainly problems of lazy people.

I have had a lot of success with the odds and ends I've sold there.

Have a 308 on there now that's overpriced and not generating a lot of action, but that is price related, not FerrariAds.com related.

They are available for all to see, right?

Just have to subscribe to post?

    I like the new format.

    Just my $.02.

definately do not like the new format.
more difficult to use and to read.
I no longer check more than 2x since the change.
bring back the old; way more activity!

my .02 (and worth every bit of it)

I know its on there, and have had no cars come through yet.

We (partsvag) have had good luck. My "poster" has left my company, and in the mean time, I have had not had a chance to clean up old ads, but we sold and and still sell a lot off of it.

Thanks to all that have ordered from us...
