Knock on wood, I have not been having old age issues with my 2001 360. I'm surprised things like master brake cylinders, a/c, transmission or power steering pumps, electronics and everything else have not been issues. Am I just lucky or are these cars really that good?
At what age or mileage can I expect to start having more things go wrong and are some of these parts common with regular cars so that they are not "Ferrari expensive"?

Not written in stone, but if your clutch is original, a couple thousand more miles, it may be nearing its life. Some here, including me, have replaced their (original) clutch at 17-20k miles. But some have over 20k and still have significant clutch life left. Apparently depends on your driving style.

AC is a known weak link. I just had my AC compressor rebuilt. The alternator is also a weak point and takes a ton of heat so they fail. There are other issues like a few places you get minor oil leaks, O2 sensors, and some have had MAF issues. I am not aware of any significant issues in any of the other things you list.

The clutch is a long standing discussion here. I replaced at 22K BUT that was only because I had things apart for another issue; the clutch wasn't worn out yet. I have 10K on this clutch and it is going strong. I see no reason you don't get 30-40K on a clutch unless you like doing hard launches.

So given that mine is a 2001 360 with only 11k miles on it I might not quite be your target but in the last 12 months I have done the following:

    Rear Main Oil Seal replacement
Lambda and O2 sensor and Cat ECU replacement
    A/C condenser replacement
    A/C compressor rebuild

A few other minor issues but I think that's all the main ones.

Driving the car a bit more may increase reliability...

As counterintuitive as it seems that's the case. The cars thrive on use. Particularly the various seals that become dry and brittle.

Yep, that's why I've had to do so much to mine... prior to me buying it my 360 had been driven a total of just under 6k miles in 12 years

In the course of doubling the mileage in a year a number of the seals have indeed failed but thankfully I'd priced in a fair amount of remedial work when I offered on the car.
