http://www.carpoint.com.au/used-car/FERRARI/575M/Queensland/1709337.aspx what do you reckon? i doubt it'll sell for anywhere near that price comments.
and while were looking at cars in "unusual" Ferrari colours, heres one for 360C http://www.drive.com.au/used_cars/ferrari/308/perth/detail.aspx?id=2775579&pg=1&pp=1&d=0&nv=1
anybody find any 360 under 200k yet? thought id ask.... there is also a 96 355 spider in the forthcoming shannons auction if anyone is interested. Price range is 175-195 i think from memory?
Is it just me or are all their cars over priced. They are asking 495k for an 04 575M (nero) seems a little steep to think the replacment it just around the corner and can be have for 600ish. Maybe i just dont know what an F-cars true value is
From my limited knowledge, I would agree. I just have to look at how much they are asking for on the 2001 Diablo 6.0 they have.
its what i'm after, but too dear, not worth that money in a fit. a DB9 is 330k without any discount, how can a 2 year old car in the wrong colour be worth 120k more
we did have a laugh when that car first turned up on the Coast ..... I'm surprised it's got THAT many kms on it as I remember it only ever did trips from the Coast to Brissy for servicings over the last couple of years I suppose if you had as many cars as this guy you'd want something different instead of the same old red/tan
I so want that car, but the price is rediculous, not as rediculous as when it was $399k, but still rediculous.
You and me both my friend. At least it's getting closer to a real market value, I guess sitting in their showroom they realised it may have been set a "tad" too high. I think you'll be getting one before I do though =/
what I dont understand with these companies, is unless the car is on consignment, the car effectively is costing them at least $1500 a month just in interest. I thaught they'd be more interested in turning it over, than leaving it there for such a long time in the hope that there may be just 1 person who decided to go out and buy a supercar at any cost one day.
looney too true, you think if would cost them a fair whack in depreciation if the car is sitting around for 6months of the showroom floor. Im another how these company's sease to exist
If this is the Black 6.0 with black/red interior. The salesmen told me yesterday it is down to $370k. Still pretty high.
I wasnt referring to Depreciatin but the fact that they would have borrowed money to pay for it (i would think so anyway) as for $370k, that is a $300k car at a dealer. I mean there was that Diablo SE at the Auction only a couple months ago for $260k there is no way a Normal 6.0 would fetch those sort of $$$
this is quite funny.... which price do you wish to pay ? http://www.carpoint.com.au/used-car/1709327.aspx or http://www.carpoint.com.au/used-car/1709338.aspx
the more expensive one has got to be the better car right ? you only get what you pay for .... in this case , stummed !!!
both at the same dealer... they must have a story why two seemingly almost identical cars can have a deficit of $50k... that's $125/km. of course, it's also possibly a brilliant marketing strategy to sell an otherwise difficult-to-move product. EVERY TIME the gf buys something, she tells you how much it was 'valued at', and THEN how much she paid. eg "oh these sunnies... they were $220... but i got them for $50", "this top was $80, i paid $20." i asked her what would happen if say i owned a shoe/handbag/jewellery store full of crappy $10 items, but for one day/week put all the prices up to like $600, and then the next week had 'a sale' and marked everything 'down' to $50-100. basically, if there was an item on the shelf which said "was $600, reduced to $70" what would she do. she said "i'd grab it as fast as i could!!"
