    36 250GTOs, 1 of which (4713GT) had a special 330LMB like body. 3 of those 36 were 1964 cars. (5571GT, 5573GT, 5575GT). 4 others, out of the 36, were rebodied in period to 64-style bodies. (4675GT, 4399GT, 4091GT, 3413GT)

2-3 330GTOs. Body was very similar to 62-style GTO, but had a 4 liter engine with a larger bulge on the hood. (3673SA - the debatable one, 3765LM, 4561SA)

    4 330LMBs.

I suggest you purchase the excellent book written by Keith Bluemel and Jess G. Pourret on the 250GTO, because this question has been asked and answered many times here on FChat.

For those interested in seeing more about the types of Ferrari books that are out there, please see my website link below which has pictures of books in my personal library. These books are not currently for sale, but they might give you some new ideas about your next purchases....

It is by no means a complete or extensive list, but more a mix and match of my own interests. Enjoy!

    39. I have constantly read this number. However the first one I saw in person, the owner said there were 37. I think its 39 though. Dont froget the GTOs from 1964 looked radically different. If your not a diehard you probably wouldnt think it was a GTO.

A good book, with many (color) pictures. However I find the "Ferrari 250 GT" book by Jess Pourret giving more detailed information per chassis. More contemporary racing photo's too.
