1978, #14704, bought in June from Belgium, now located here in Finland. Blu Scuro, beige interior. This is originally a French car, with very little documentation left. If anybody here happens to know anything about this car's past, please let me know. The car is quite original, I'm planning for "historical registration" next Spring (30 years of age required here).

Wholly SMOKES!!! -~~~~ Where the heck have I been??? I just saw this thread. Thanks Hans for mentioning me early on! Thanks Dave for putting me on the list! The beast is still in Costa's hands and I saw it briefly last week. The red is now all gone. The doors have been removed and bottom panels have been replaced. They also put 3-small holes for drainage in them like I asked. Some more metal is being replaced on the passenger-side of the trunk. But other than that it seems to be in pretty good shape. The rust spots under the tail-lights was just surface stuff that messed-up the paint. One interior portion behind the passenger-side gas-tank needs some attention too. New Blu-Dino-Met should be going on in a couple of weeks. As soon as I have a chance I'll post some pictures. I want to say thanks to all the members of the GT4 mafia and the others who voted. One of the wineries in the poll is much larger than we are and is a big advertiser in the newspaper who put on the poll. I'm afraid we all know what that means. On Thursday July 10th I sent a link to the poll out to our mailing list. Through the wonders of technology we are able to track the number of people who "click" on a link from our email. It looks like around 200 of our customers voted for us. At 11pm on Monday the 14th we were ahead with 74% of the vote and the poll closing in 1 hour. I sent an email using my personal email address to the Chronicle asking who won the poll and the reply was "Good question, Dave. Im trying to find out." I also sent an email from circlesvineyards.com telling them how happy we were to have seen such great results and asking when the announcement of us winning would be made to the public. That email has gone unanswered. I really hope I'm wrong about what I'm thinking but the poll has disappeared. Below is a quote from the Texas section. again, I just want to say thanks.

Hi Minico, Great shots - very moody! Love the wheels and looking for some just like this - can you please tell me about them? What brand are they? Are they 16"x7" front and 16"x8" rear? Are they heavy or lighter than the original 14"x6.5" wheels as I would like to reduce unsprung weight? Cheers, Grahame
Thanks. Not sure(brand) but they say SL in small script. they are 16x7 & 16x8. could possibly be mille miglia. Still have the originals though.
