Hi all, I've just joined the Navy and my rank is an "AS"...Aviation Equipment Supprt Technician. I was wondering if their are any ex-military or current active duty military members here with Ferrari's. And what is your rank/job? Thanks.

Guys, in all seriousness... Thankyou. The world would be an even bigger mess without the US military.... Well I suppose the UN would step in, and keep the world safe... BWAH-HaHaHaHa. Rossaholic... if you make it to orlando some time look me up... we'll take the F40 for a spin. Thanks again!

How ironic...my A-School is right in Pensacola. I don't know how long of a drive it is to Orlando from there...but no matter, if I have to stay in a hotel and drive hours upon hours to get a ride in an F40...you can bet the house I'll be there for it! October is when I start my A-School, and I'll be there until March 2007. Sometime during then I can shoot you a PM and we'll hook it up? It would be one of my dreams fulfilled.
be aware. we are having a get together on the panhandle in oct. check the florida section for updates. see you there mate.
Retired AF Lt Col after 22 years in aircraft design/test in wind tunnels, program management and flight testing (C-17, B-1, E-8). It was a great experience. I drove a 308 when I was 25 but didn't get my 328 until I was 40. Love the car and it was worth the wait. Good Luck in your career and thank you for your service.
I have been reading this thread, and it just dawned on me that you will be doing your training in P-Cola. Duh! I should have guessed this because my dad was also retired Navy, and I grew up in mostly in Pensacola. Listen, my mother still lives there, and I go there when I can. (Hopefully, there will be no storms this year.) So please send me a PM with your contact info, and I'll treat you to a real dinner while you're there. Dale
I am in the US Army stationed in Belgium. I am not a Ferrari owner, but am saving to own one as quick as I can on a SSG salary. I have been in for seven years. Thought about becoming an officer just to get there quicker...and for the retirement but am enjoying my job as a musician. So, I am having fun along the way. In the meantime I am about an hour and a half from Spa Francorchamps, which isnt a bad thing at all. Congrats to all those who retired and are enjoying their Ferraris right now. I hope to join you someday. Patrick
