For all you dino experts, just how many parts make up a dino?
An awful lot of expensive ones is the answer Tony!........... I once posed the question on here as to whether or not a Dino broken down and EVERY part sold seperately would be worth more than the total car... no definitive answer obviously, unless you fancy your chances? (And i doubt that very much). P S Now you are back i must get down to see you. Regards, Graham.
I knew a guy that took running but tired BMW motorcycles and broke them down to sell on eBay. He made money but it was a lot of work and IMHO unfortunate in the loss of some cool old bikes.
Forgot about Jon, hope he counted all the bits as he may just be the only bloke in the world who may have a good idea!! Not wishing to break up may little bady for spares just yet, but i would was wondering what parts you needed to "build one" from new!! Tony PS Graham, I am about in the workshop middle next week.
Being an ex body guy, I am amazed by how many sheet metal pieces were hand welded together to construct the Dino body, not to mention the frame assembly. IMO, any count should include the individual frame tubes, brackets, and body parts. So, add another 3-400 or so to the count!
