I've recently purchased a white Pocher Testarossa convertible and am wondering how many were produced? It appears to be modelled after the Angelli Testarossa Spyder (1 built by pininfarina)? I am also curious as to it's market value?

They were mass produced, specially the white versions, maybe in the tens of thousands, so not really a collectible yet. A mint kit sealed in plastic is worth around $450 while an open kit around $300 as long as it is complete. Major issues with such old kits are scratched windshields, and poorly painted bodies on some. My opinion is build it and you'll have an amazing display item on your shelf. Here is a photo of one of mine.

Wow does that look nice or what !!??!! Thanks Stephane for replying so quickly. I have a Pocher F40 and Testarossa, so this TR spyder will be a nice addition to the family.

As far as I know There were 6 Spiders built by an independent coachbuilder. They deffer from the Agneli Spider as there ebgine covers are identical to the regular Testarossa. The weired part is that Pocher made the Agneli spyder from which there was only one made. What makes it unique is the unusual engine cover. That car was silver with a blue stripe running the whole length of the car where the black bottom meats the body. I find it sad as the only way you can make the Pocher Testarossa Spider original is only in silver. Any other color would be incorrect. Pocher made a limited edition model which was painted silver and it came with decals for the blue stripe and a special numbered license plate. I still have this model in my collection, but since I bought it about 10 years ago and moved few times since then, I no longer have the original box and the model right now is in pretty rough shape. One day when I have time I'll have to take it all apart and redo it.
As for your model I would repaint it in silver (the original paint sucks anyway). It is big enough to take it your local body shop and ask a professional to paint it like a real car. Then buy the interior leather kit from Stephane and make it the right way-the Gianni Agneli way! (cream interior)

Pocher also made a silver with blue stripe anniversary version of the agnelli spider.
Don't know how much were made, must be a few thousand probably.

In Holland these models are quite common. Price for a good TR is around $225,-, F40 will cost you $450,-
    They regularly appaer on auctionsites.

Don't have any pics on this PC.
