    I was reading a thread the other day and the trend included how long they have owned their 3x8. I was curious to know how many current or previous owners bought their first Ferrari prior to turning 40. Personally, I was 38 when I purchased my 328, Cheers!

    I bought mine (last week) with just over one month until my 40th Bday.

    My Porsche was my birthday gift to myself when I turned 30. So, Porsche at 30, Ferrari at 40.....I'm thinking a Pagani or McLaren has to be for 50!!!!

    Didn't and couldn't purchase a Ferrari before 40 but, how many can say they bought their Ferrari while unemployed? ;)

    I was 24 yrs old when I bought my first ever ferrari 308 gtsi and kept driving it for 12 years.

    Purchased first Porsche at 25. Have had a long run of various new and old 911s and M cars through 30s and 40s. First F cars several months ago as of mid-40s now. I guess that makes me a late bloomer around here.

    Down payment made at 37, just turned 38 this past weekend and still waiting to pick it up. I had planned to get one before I turned 30, but I started racing back when I was 23, and buying the race car and trailer used up the "Ferrari" budget.

    26 and it was every penny I had in the world. No money for gas or insurance but I had a Ferrari. At first I filled the tank and eventually I got the insurance ;) I would do it again in a second.
