I finally got a couple of customers this week after explaining what every products do. I am only charging $100 and it seems too little for the amount of work I put in someones car. How much do you get your car details for? Any of you guys want to get your cars detailed, doesnt have to be your fcars or high end cars. It could even be your beater car. These are the steps I do.

Wash rims with p21s gel wheel cleaner
    Wash with Sonus Gloss Shampoo
    Claybar using Mothers claybar
    Rewash with Sonus Gloss Shampoo
Apply 1z Metallic Polish with Sonus applicator
Buff off with Sonus polishing towel
Same step with 1z Paint Polish
Klasse AIO with Handi Grip Foam Applicator
Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze with Applicator
    P21s wax
Interior Detail with 303 carpet cleaner, and protectant.

Would you guys pay $100 to someone who does this much ?

MIke, I own RCD-(Robbie's Custom Detailing). I have different packages I offer to my customers. The package you described is very reasonable. That's about what I charge to do basically the same. Although I don't do the interior as part of that package. It's good to use all the EXPENSIVE stuff to clean cars, but trust me you will never make any money doing it. For instance if your going to do a paint restoration like that use Dawn dish soap to wash it. It's a hell of alot cheaper and helps strip off the old sealant/wax. Not sure if your just getting started, but if you are you will learn alot of little tricks to detail better and keep your customers coming back. Local shops in my area charge alot more to do that. This is a part time venture for for and I like to do it. The police officer thing I'm doing is what pays the bills. Good luck if you have any ?'s let me know.
