Might be moving soon. What are the options?

Thought about the PODS I see advertised, but it would take about 15 of those to hold my stuff...

Thought about public storage, but they usually rent small spaces too.

Any other options? I really don't want to be loading/unloading a bunch of times...

    Anyone have thoughts on cost???

Some moving companies offer storage at a reasonable rate, then they bring everything to your new home when you are ready.

Why don't you just hire movers? Or rent a large truck and park it at your current house until your ready to move.

You can rent larger containers above the size of the PODs thingies. You can get full containers (the size of an 18 wheeler trailer). Many businesses use them for temp storage and you can rent them from a month to quarterly or yearly contracts. Price is probably on par (cheaper, actually) than PODs, relative to size of course.
