Lambo Houston will open it's doors within a month. I got to sit in both a Yellow Gallardo and a Rosso Vik murcie at the Houston Auto Show. They also had a black Gallardo spider- cool car. Kinda like the Murcie.

They also have an 04 Murcie E-gear with ? miles grey/black, that they'd like to put me in for two years until the Murcie replacement/upgrade will occur- already depreciated, we'll take it in on trade...yada yada yada.. and I've now become "head of the class" customer for a new one.

I'd like to drive the two Murcies to see about the F1-6sp differences. I'm kinda fat and lazy and like F1s (Vanquish&spider).

Frankly though, I'm tempted to buy the Rosso Vik 6 sp as they'll " deal" an 05. (It'd be nice for the dealer to take a bit of the depreciation.) I'm kinda childish about wanting "new" cars, and skiddish about fast cars with a few thousand miles on them, being driven hard, etc etc...because that's what I'd do/have done myself. I mean if you had a Murcie wouldn't you drive the phuck out of it???

How much should they drop on the 05? Or if indeed A+B=C, should I get the already depreciated 04 for two years and trade it in on the 08 replacement? How much for an 04 w/E-gear?

Help......oh and I have to give my wife the spider.....

The wheels are different on the MY05 compared to MY04, huge difference in looks, but not terribly expensive to swap out if wanted. The new wheels allow for the bigger brakes that come in the MY05 as well. Also dunno if this matters to you, but it did to me considering the closest Lambo dealership is 200 miles away, but starting in MY05 Lambo added roadside assistance. I have driven both the Manual and the Egear in the Murci. In my opinion it's a no brainer, egear all the way. Way easier to drive.
