If measured properly when the car is warm, according to the OM, the distance between minimum and maximum is 2 liters.

UK cars are 1 litre between min and max. Glad I checked it with 1 litre first, as the manual does state 2 litres between markers. Would have been a nice smoke machine if I'd put 2 in it!

Wow, that's interesting! Are you sure about that value? I don't see a different P/N for the oil dipstick for non-US cars (e.g., GB). Ricambi list only one dipstick P/N 145112 [OIL LEVEL ROD]. Empirically, it also wouldn't seem to make much sense for Ferrari to have this value vary from Country-to-Country. If it is true, this is even more reason for people to fill-in their profiles are/or state that they have Euro cars.

Hey, I don't want to stick my nose in, but.... I generally am not an easy person to impress, but Kevin certainly impresses me. I find him to be a highly knowledgeable and valuable FChat member. Moreover, as a relatively young man, he is very successful, both professionally and financially. IMO, he also has behaved in a truly impressive, gentlemanly manner. Just my 2-cents worth. Sorry for intruding.

I love hyperflow cats but you can have test pipes for way less, especially since your car is a 95 you won't trigger the check engine light.

Name brand test pipes can be found under $900, you can custom fab a set for about $250 if you know any good local fabricators.

The negatives to test pipes over catalytic converters are:

-In some areas it is illegal to not have catalytic converters, the real question though is if it's monitored through emissions or enforced.

-More pollution and at wide open throttle anyone behind the car will definitely smell it.

My only reasoning to have hyperflows over test pipes would be for legal purposes or if you could not stand the smell.

It is a solid product though and the guys at Hyperflow stand behind their product and I dealt with them personally on many occasions and they always impressed me.

Thanks Scott, means a lot to to be recognized.
