    Is it every 6, 10, 20 or 30k miles?

    Was watching the f430 with 156k miles and owner said he changes it every 6k miles?

    6 k is big overkill, its around the 30 k mark without getting the book out. As long as they are removed to inspect regularly so they dont seize in situ.

    I just changed mine in my 2009, with 14,000 miles. I think they were the originals. They looked great when removed.
    I was concerned that they had been in there for 12 years, but they came out no problem.
