Owned ( still ? ) by an Fchatter. Period advertising comment : "Believed to be the only 1989 328 GTB ever produced in Prugna" Of course everyone could beleive what he wants
Doesn’t mean the numbers aren’t somewhere. For example Maranello in the UK did record everything. So one could look at UK records and know for nearly certain what they have in terms of UK delivered RHD car numbers.
That's the case for UK, because some noted and kept the records and share data. But that is the only one to my knowledge.
Agreed...it seems that was a uniquely UK undertaking...from the land of plane and train spotters...I love that about the Brits!
We had a member of the Florida Region FCA who passed away way too young, Bonnie, who not only had one in Prugna but bought it as the original owner and at the time she was just 18 years old!! For some reason I recall it was a 1984 QV and she was one helluva driver on the track.
Someone here on F-Chat owned 328 GTS #78250 (US model), Prugna over Crema leather, a very beautiful color combo and beautiful car...but I'm partial to Prugna/Crema. Rgds
Well: the seller of that one, chassis 77526, an US model, but for sale in Italy, claims it is "one of only five", and furthermore, that it is ex-Tom Selleck, no less... https://www.autoscout24.com/offers/ferrari-328-gts-usa-specs-gasoline-violet-b61367f5-52e5-4b03-97eb-82071f1e51cf?sort=age&desc=1&lastSeenGuidPresent=false&cldtsrc=listPage&cldtidx=25&position=25&search_id=18zlxrx0y5h&source=listpage_search-results Rgds
If it's 1 of 4, I have 2 of 4. I have seen here on FerrariChat, there were only 250 made in this color.
