The top got stuck in the half closed/open position. I figured out that is low on fluid but don't know how to add it. Any advice?

You could also have a Problem with one of the seat potentiometers. I have sen this problem in my cars. As far as topping of the fluid level for the top you will need to remove the pump cover that is on the back wall in between the two seats. There is a fill bolt that needs to be removed. Top of there.

    Were are you located at?

See if you can move both of the seats backwards and forwards with out any problems. If one of the seats does not move to this was then this will be a problem as well. In this case there are two options that you have.

Assuming that you are trying to lower the top:

Flip the crossbrace that is over your head. It is stuck, there are posts about this. When you are in the seat, the bar is right above you. Grab it and twist it, either way. You will feel it realease tension. The top should now go down.

If you are trying to put the top UP, just hold the button a grab the top and help close it manually.
