how to adjust gifs

how exactly do i adjust a gif for it to fit here.... ??????

 

email it to me and I'll fix it. I use adobe imageready, pretty easy but you need something that recognizes multiple frames. I don't remember if it works in photoshop or not but I'm thinking it doesn't.

PS tell me what size you need it reduced to (was it dimensions of the gif or the total size that woudn't let you upload it?)
