    are you referring to an animated gif? if so...

    that would be a gif89a (as opposed to an 87a). do you have adobe imageready? there are also some over at www.download.com as well. you'll just have to search for animated gifs.

    If it's a picture, simply click COPY and PASTE it into Paint. There you can change the size (Stretch & Skew optin in IMAGE) and save the file to the image of your choice. It's pretty quick!
