Remove the cluster, open it and take off the needle and replace it back on the gauge. I don't think there is an adjust screw though I haven't explored the cluster yet. Or rather, find someone to fix it.
there's a function in sd2/3 that will make the needles go trhough all phases. I believe, don't take my word for it, just a hunch, that this function will adjust the needles electronically.
Those needles are just press fits, much like the hour hand on older clocks. Remove, pull, tighten the contact surfaces a bit, and refit. Instructions in all the threads on color or yellow tach refits.
