I have Novitec wheels which don't have the tire pressure monitor sensors and the warning light on the dash is always lit up. Does anyone know how to get rid of this?

Dennis- You can get TPMS sensors from a number of places and put them in, or you can have the dealer turn off the TPMS system using an SD3. The TPMS sensors work fine with the Novitec wheels, and our sponsor Exotica even provides them installed on Novitec wheels as an option.

Thanks for your help. I think I'll just get the dealer to turn it off the next time the car is there for service.

It's your car but FWIW, I would go in the other direction and get the TPMS sensors installed. 360s lack this feature and the only way to get it is to install an aftermarket system. All it takes is one tire failure that either could have been avoided or ameliorated by early detection (as in the low pressure warning gives you time to get off the freeway or off a traffic-filled road), and it will pay for itself.

I like having the TPMS. I used to have them on my DD. I had a few false alerts, but the one time it worked, I was able to get off the road in time and save the tire from catastrophic failure.
