    I am getting ready to take possession of me 97 355 spider. I have a question. I have noticed that the little black metal triangle that is where the door meets drivers side window has some scratches on it. What is the best paint to use that will match to touch this up?

    Also, the black leather on the doors has some scratches in it as well. What is the best stuff (dye, etc) to use to touch this up?

    as far as the scratches in the leather, try using black shoe polish. rub in thoroughly and wipe off excess. this should coner them up. if they are quite large scratches, you may want to consider dye.

    Chaa,
    I looked at the car yesterday as it is still in the shop. They are installing the headers today, the capristo, and test pipes as well. I put on the same Kumho tires as you as well as the 15mm spacers front and rear. Also had a challenge grill and Yoshi shields put on.
    If all checks out ok car should be delivered this friday hopefully! Now of course we are supposed to be getting a snowstorm thursday night that is supposed to dump 5 inches of snow! :(

    No this was not from Algar. Bought this off a non ferrari dealer in Kentucky.

    Simiflat black Krylon from Walmart looks just like factory finish. Take the piece off and spray it.
