How to print screen

1. Hit print screen
2. open MS Paint
3. Copy
4. Crop what you want
5. save as jpg

 

Press and hold the “Shift” key on your keyboard and then press the “Print Screen” key (usually locate on top row of keyboard around the F keys). This will capture your screen onto “clipboard” in your PC. Then switch to the program you want to insert screen capture into (Word document, email, whatever). Press and hold the “Control” keyboard button and at same time press “V”. This will place the object from clipboard into program
