How to properly clean red stitching on tan seats?

I did a quick search and found that some use a red sharpie (nothing wrong with that if it works) and others have used cleaning supplies to liven up darkened red stitching. What cleaning solution have been found to work best and the best method of attack?

I find most of the red stitching in the 430 to be quite bright in areas that aren't in high wear areas and have my doubts that a red sharpie can mimic the shine of factory red stitching?

 

I use scrubbing bubbles, works great
