Watching my temp float around when I drive and believe I have a small air bubble in the cooling system. Is there a easy way to purge the air out on a 03 575? No over heating issues. Does the air bubble pass over the sensor then pass through the system? Is this why the temp moves up and down on my gauge??

Yup, there is a bleed screw on the thermostat housing. Make sure you turn the heater on full when doing the bleed. Can help to raise the nose, but not strictly necessary.

I've found that you can un-screw the header tank cap just enough so it vents freely then drive around with the heater on. It sort of burps itself.
