    I sold a couple 348 seats and it would be really helpful in boxing them up if I could get the head rests out. How do they come out? Do I have to pull those sleeves out? I just don't want to mess anything up on Josh's new seats. Thanks.

    There's a thread somewhere in this section on that. IIRC, you must pull up the sleeves to remove them. Quite hard sometimes.
