Before I break something..., how do you pull the connector off the back of the HVAC unit? I’m wanting to unplug and plug back in to see if that corrects my HVAC problems, but can’t seem to get the connector to come off.

    Thanks

That little black locking clip in center pops out and will allow the plug to come out. I use a small pick to release it.

Well all it took was wiggling the connector and now the Climate Control is working now. Still going to pull the connector off and clean.

    As usual FChat rocks!
    Thanks for the help

Many of the 348's HVAC issues can be traced to excessive wiggling of it's connector (years of vibration and strain).

Someone has screwed with mine in the past and when I went in there the black clip was busted and the harness won't stay firmly attached. Any suggestions for black plastic clip replacement or alternate method of harness attachment?
