    Remove oil filter. Plenty of room then. Hoses will push out of way. You don't need much space. I'm telling you this is a 1 min job.

    Late models need to the base removed to remove the sensor, early models use an adapter that allows the wrench to fit. PITA I know but the base comes off in minutes and you'll spend more time 'monkeying' around trying to get it out with the base still on the block. I pop them off drop them in a vice with wood jaws and then from the bottom remove the sensor.
