Looking through the exhausts gap I see quite a bit of little stones brought up by the tires but caught in the undertray. Any idea how to rid of them?

If you remove the tires and then the inner guards you can just vacuum out, and to take the bumper off at this point is 8 easy to get at bolts.

I cleaned mine out when fitting a Tubi so had the bumper off.
Probably lightened the car by 2-3KG with the amount of crap I removed.

Shame I never got a picture of before and after.

Thanks :) I stripped all the suspension, cleaned and painted the wishbones, new nuts all round, should stay clean for about 5 miles :) looking not too bad for a car with over 30k miles on it :)

be careful, after cleaning the springs/shocks my car has developed an annoying squeaking sound when it hits bumps

now I know the meaning of ...squeaky clean

I will need to remove my wheels and spray some lube on the suspension
