How to safe Youtube on your comp

GoogleVideo can easily be saved. YouTube requires this, that and the other.

Copy & Paste the URL into the site, click download. A small box will show up and click "Download in MP4 format". Then drag and drop it from your downloads folder (or wherever it saves) into iTunes.

Firefox has addons, i use download helper

you can also get software installed then you can right click the video and pick the size you want. It's called orbit grab++
