As promised....... My Diablo 6.0 (www.slantback.com) went in the shop to get new tires. At the same time, I asked the shop to bevel the edges of the brake pads to remove the squealing while using brakes. Instead, the shop disobeyed and applied a small white bottle the size of a white out container called "Brake Squeal". It can be found at any AutoZone/Advanced Auto Parts.

They have refined how to apply it on Lambos/Ferraris over the years and did the following:

1.) Sand the pad down to ensure no odd spots
2.) Apply 3 or 4 coats allowing each to directly to the pad
3.) Apply normal grease on the rear of the brake pad and along the outside edges

Once they did this, I've never heard the brakes squeal again. The shop states it's a permanant fix.

So, for those that want non-squealy brakes, this is exactly how to do it and quite cheaply too.
