How to wreck a Mondial in the shop

    A friend of mine took his Mondial in to the shop because the parking brake light was staying on all the time. So the mechanic takes the car and puts in one of those 4 post lifts but does not lift the car. The engine is off at this point, so the mechanic puts the car in first gear, so he can disengage the parking brake. At this point, the door is open, he has one leg in the car and one out. In order to check the wiring, he turns on the ignition key. Only he turned it to far and the car started and lurched forward. The open door hits the lift post and is bent around the guys leg. The car then smashes through a sheet rock and 2x4 wall and comes to a stop. The mechanic was hurt pretty bad but is OK now. The car was repaired and sold.

    Thats too bad. But I'm sure there are many other such stories out there.
