Have you noticed how both of the thumb models had severe sunburn on the day they posed for the icons? All the best, Andrew.
Please make it easier to add photos from IOS or iPhone photos. They are always rotated incorrectly and I have to play with the images to get them right side up. I notice others have the same issue. Also, the visuals are extremely dated. I would recommend better branding. The format is standard "cookie cutter" and used by many other chat rooms. You have a great product. Make it extraordinary. Thanks for all you do, Rob!
So, what's with all the "links" suddenly appearing in posts? - Perfect example in Juliei's post above; I'm pretty sure she didn't make "ROOMS" and "BEGIN" live links! Seems to have started a couple of weeks back and is a little distracting to put it politely! Even more annoying, and I suspect related, is the number of pop-up pages that are starting to appear - Phone #'s for some highly suspect looking "support line" that will "fix" my PC - Which is pretty impressive as I'm using a Mac! Cheers, Ian
A reminder before your subscription runs out and perhaps a longer membership - it's a pain to renew it and every year and every time I waver if I want to. A more seamless process or longer memberships would make sense.
I suspect that is an issue on your end. I don't see any links in his post on either an Android Smartphone or a Windows XP PC. All the best, Andrew.
You can buy a 5-year Silver or Rossa membership, and you get a significant discount for doing so. See the drop-down lists on the subscriptions page. All the best, Andrew.
our main user base is "old school", they would despise any changes to this straight forward clean look they've been use to. eventually we will have to start using XenForo, which gives a little more modern look. images not being oriented correctly is a problem on users end. FerrariChat posts images exactly how images are natively oriented. reason you see images oriented correctly on your other device is because the "auto orient". Quick trick to make sure oriented correctly in FerrariChat is on your device before upload to rotate image 90 degree, save, then orient correctly and save. That will then save the native orientation correctly.
dude, you have some kind of malware! you need to clean your computer ASAP. FerrariChat never does in post ad links or pop ups.
Ahh, ****!..... That's a first. FWIW, the iPad, that I'm using now, seems immune. Guess I've gotta get back on the Mac and see what turns up; I've never had malware on the Mac, so have no idea of what's any good - Anyone? Cheers, Ian
Any easier way to join the "Verified Owner" section? I don't have friends locally who hang out here...
There are 154 users that list their location as Hong Kong. Go to the Members List page http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/members/list/ Go to Search Member/Advanced Search and put Hong Kong in the Location field and you will generate the list. That will help you meet a few more users.
Just a bit inconvenient and awkward to ask for three members that I've never met just for the purpose of vouching for that I actually have a Ferrari. It's a make it better thread...
You asked if there was an easier way, the answer is no. With no easier way, offering you a list of possible users is the best answer to your question. You are not the first to ask for an easier route. This question has been addressed in one thread or another a couple of times a year ever since the Owner's Forum was created. There has been no change or relaxations in the requirements since it's creation, after hundreds if not thousands of posts of discussion.
