Y'all keep makin those Spank Bank depopsits!!!
While I'm not a physcian, it is my understanding that saw palmetto is not an estogen product, but rather blocks the harmfull enlarging effect testosterone sometimes has on the prostate. And, I did note an increase in my libido after taking saw for about a week...my wife noticed it too...and it was so obvious that I do not believe it was a placebo effect. I started taking saw to help shrink my prostate, not to enhance my libido...that was just a side effect...so how would that be a placebo effect when that was not even the reason I was taking it for nor looking for. In fact, I was not even aware that an increased libido was even a possible side effect until I noticed it for myself and did some research on the internet . http://www.bodybuildingforyou.com/health-supplements/saw-palmetto.htm
