    So disappointed to learn HR Owen is closing this iconic Ferrari showroom.

    That is sad. I live quite close and have enjoyed years of walking by them. Just 'up' the road, about 10 minutes walk, is Lamborghini, it must also be H R Owen, though this showroom, being opposite the station, attracts more attention, as against Ferrari's location in a becalmed area ofthe Old Brompton Road.

    The Lamborghini is much duller showroom than the Ferrari presentation. Maybe it's the lighting.

    At a guess it was a less justified space once Maserati moved to the back of Lambo & especially Mayfair opened - also possible is the lease was up and the landlord wanted to redevelop the site....

    Agreed, I think Mayfair is sufficient. Also, over the last twenty years London probably has fewer Ferrari buyers.
