I had some ask about offset. Here are the specs FRONT - 20x9 et35 REAR - 20x11 et21 These offsets for these wheels gives them a slight push out towards the fender. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Hi, I am not 100% sure.... maybe another set of HRE or BBS. Thinking a darker brushed gloss finish or maybe gloss black. If these wheels do not sell I will keep them and possible have them refinished. Maybe try them out as they are as the finish on them is in like new shape.
Love that look and quality wheels for sure...but no reason to go that wide on the wheels for 20" tires 245/305 to fit properly. Unless you are fitting wider tires but last i looked other sizes did not provide much difference in tread width and the front to rear overall diameter was not in spec. That will lead to traction control and ABS issues. I stuck with oem width and tire size and no issues with grip with a proper slightly aggressive alignment. I had plans to get back into tracking the car some but never really did it so i changed alignment to more of a street spec.
I am seriously considering that.... Put them on my F8 and see if I still like the bright finish with the car like I did on my red 488. My F8 is all red and black details and current wheels are dark gray matte finish forged OEM. I was thinking about re-finishing these HRE in gloss black to tie in other gloss black details or a brushed finish like they are now with a smoked gloss tint clear coat. I've had offers for the wheels but very low ball offers. These wheels are absolutely like new with tires in awesome shape. To replace them it would be $14-15k.
PRICE DROP - $7100....Yes I will negotiate but not needing to give these away so make a reasonable offer and let's make the sale easy.
Anyone know of any other place to advertise my wheels/tires for sale? Not getting anything here. Thank you!
I had a couple inquiries if these fit 458. I do not believe they will due to offset. 458 owners it will be up to you to determine this depending on camber shims used on your car but the rears are the issue. Here is stock oem 458 wheel compared to the width and offset of my HRE rear wheel. This will be true for ANY aftermarket wheel unless that after market wheel uses the same wheel width and offset as stock 458 OEM. I have seen stock oem 488/F8 wheels on a 458 and those just push the 488/F8 stock/oem wheel outward to the edge of the fender just slightly poking out the tire. Image Unavailable, Please Login
And here is the front wheels comparison for 458 vs these 488/F8 spec wheels...this would be like putting a 17mm spacer on from OEM/Stock 458 wheels...close could fit with -1.5 camber Image Unavailable, Please Login
488 - Pista - F8 owners that have inquired...these cars ALL HAVE THE SAME OEM/Stock Spec. These HRE wheels fit perfectly on 488 - Pista - F8 cars. It is like putting a 9mm spacer on OEM/Stock wheels for the Front and a 17mm spacer on OEM/Stock rear. My photo's above show perfect fitment. My 488 had -1.5 camber in front though....stock OEm camber is usually around -.8 to -1 so that will bring the top of the wheel outward slightly looking even better. I did a re-alingment to -1 camber up front before I sold my 488 and fronts fit great. I hope this clears up any confusion. Please reach out if you have questions I could probably explain better on a phone call ;-)
Me either.... I have sold many wheels I had in the past with Porsche's and they all sold very easily and with in a few weeks on Rennlist a forum just like Ferrari Chat. I take great care of my stuff and these are absolutely like new, ceramic coated and stunning on 488's and F8. I'm just either going to get something else but all depends on how long I keep my F8 for. If you hear of anyone, please send them my way! thank you!
$6k for wheels, tires, TPMS, wheel bolts, like new ready to go! I was asked and advised to add that these HRE wheels will fit the stock OEM Ferrari Center Cap. You can see in my photos with the wheels on the car that the Ferrari oem center cap fits.
