It is very important to point out here that Joe lives on the East coast and I am on the West coast, so he is 3 hours ahead time wize...

He sits by his phone and watches the clock till it hits 11PM at his side, knowing it is now 8pm with me and I am at La Palmera 4 1/2 sheets to the Tequilla gods!!

The with out notice, like a skilled CAT in the concrete Jungle, he POUNCES out his offer so fast I cant even recall where he started or stopped...KNOWING I will be on the phone all night with this New Yorker... while I would rather be looking at Elf's and sipping my T drink..

I just say FINE now can I go back to my bar stool please??

And in the morning i just say oh well..

BUT then this AM when I relized it was the 6speed REAL MANUAL gear box SL...I got so close to having Kevin tell him it was repoed by the bank and longer could we get it...but then he would know that was BS as soon as he saw pics of me driving it..LOL

DANG SL in a TRUE 6speed gear box...scored a good one here Joe..

Can you try and keep this one at least till the Title catches up to you after processing..?

 

Anytime Joe! Roy thinks I don't really do anything but socialize when on the phone...of course you and I usually speak late at night, told ya the Thursday late night call would be the one to make! LOL

It's always fun bustin your chops about your car fetish...this one was no different! All I can say is that the blue car is going to a blue monterey fanatic...he's been stalking anything blue monterey for about 2 years now! LOL

I give you a month before we're moving onto the next installment....that is of course, if it doesn't snow over there and slow you down a little this time! HAHAHA!

Looking forward to the next one....and the one after....and then....ugh...I see a lot of late nights ahead of me!

 

Kevin you guys must be too busy selling cars... My brother is looking to buy a Gallardo Spyder and I as well as a broker friend of his told him to get in touch with you guys. He sent an email two days ago and still no reply? Not the customer service I'm used to reading about on here.

 

It has been a very chaotic week...however, I do not know who your brother is as I have no e-mails from him...did he follow up with a call? If he e-mailed, did he send through the site or direct to me? Would help with a little more information, but please have him resend his e-mail and I'd be happy to find him a spyder. I know I've relied too much on e-mails getting to their destination in the past, now I follow them up with phone calls as well just to make sure it made it.

not that they need defended but Kevin answers EVERY of my e-mails (no matter how stupid) the same day! He almost never (LOL) sends my numerous calls to voice mail! Seriously, these guys rock and are the best in the biz.

In my biz anytime a client says they never got a reply to an e-mail I ALWAYS say shoot us a call! Roy and Kevin are no different. I am 100% sure they answer every e-mail they get. Junk, Spam filters etc. can wreck havoc so if you don't get a reply, hit em on the phone!

Good luck to your brother on the Spyder and congrats in advance to him on the new car!

+1, for Kevin and Roy. Their communication has been excellent and very personal.

Also, to Joe, congrats! The 6 speed m SL was my dream car. I know of 2 in the US that had been on the market in the last year (though I'm sure Roy and Kevin may have found others). One was in Texas (Grey) and one in Chicago (orange). That is one car if I had bought I'd never want to get rid of.
