Arlan Ness did a much better tribute w his Testarossa Chopper the NessaRossa back in 1986. Holy Cheesegrater Batman :)

BTW, it looks more like a Vodafone Chopper :)

I often wondered if the good folks at OCC (Orange County Choppers) were ever approached to build a Ferrari-inspired chopper.

They just did the Lincoln bike. I'm sure somebody will ask for a Ferrari bike :) Too bad Ferrari doesnt build anything as good looking as the old Cheesegrater anymore.

Meanwhile, I love this bike by Amen Choppers

    Bernie,

It's funny that you mention this. Last year I met Paul Jr. at the international bike show at the Javitt's center in New York City. We were lucky enough to know someone that knows someone at the head of security for the event and we were given security passes that pretty much gave us carte blanche the night before the event. I spoke with with Paul Jr for a few minutes while they were setting up and amid the chaos and troubles they were having with the hydraulic lift on the trailer he was very nice. I asked him the very question about if he would ever consider a Ferrari theme bike if approached by Ferrari. His reply was he focuses and is greatly inspired by the all-american institutions and icons. Anyways, just thought that I mention it.

Those OCC guys are the pits of motorcycle anything and everything. If it weren't for their silly show were they throw up their dirty laundry, they would have been laughed out of the business years ago.

Whatever they do, look the opposite way. This way, you'll keep your lunch down.

I ran into a guy that I know (has a 328) a couple years back at a car show riding his Ferrari (in color and name only) chopper. He seemed so proud and wanted my approval. I tried to smile (damn near broke my face trying) and walked away. Mother always told me: "if you can't say anything nice..................................".

To me these things are not much different than a Fiero with a body kit. If it doesn't have any real Ferrari content, what's the point?

There are some examples (Arlen Ness' bike is one) that use Ferrari power (or at least a Ducati engine). Those will keep my attention for a while.
