i looked at a car like this several years ago. the thinking of the owner, was why noy redo the car to gts version, rather than gt. it was the mid 80's and he opted for the gts style with a clip bought form a ferrari dealer. his thinking wa sthat it would bring $50k more in value and the process was only$20k in price. i find it hard to believe that there are only two of these types of cars. the owner wasn't even considering it until a slight rear end and a repaint brought the issue to the front or mind awareness. as for this car, it isn't like a daytona coupe chop job. i think it will be interesting to see how the market values this car.
