The local story I keep hearing from friends is that an Audi executive has a Huracan and is driving it daily between his home in Fort Myers and his work in Clearwater, FL.

Anyway, saw this video today of a kid who follows a Huracan on Florida highways until another Audi tries to protect the Lambo and a bit of road rage breaks out. Not exactly the PR you'd want if these guys are high level Audi employees?

Video: Lamborghini Huracan Driver Road Rage
A video has emerged via Jason Thorgelson which shows a road rage incident which apparently occurred today in the Florida. Thorgelson explains that he spotted the Huracan headed in the opposite direction on a highway. He got off at the next junction, switched direction and caught up with the brand new supercar to get some exclusive on-the-road footage.

Not sure how I would react if I'd get tailed for over 45 minutes and you keep filming me and driving behind and besides me.

I'd be worried if I was driving any production exotic and someone followed me for 45mins... but if I was driving a pre-production Lamborghini for the first time in public, wouldn't you actually be expecting this kind of attention (especially if Audi employee and not just an innocent civilian)?

True, I guess some people though don't know where the limit is.

Clearly the action of the A8 was uncalled for, the damage was done and the video taken.

Maybe I would have called the police myself as the Lamborghini driver explaining that I have been tailed closely and that I feel endangered and let the police sort it out.

What a d'bag taking the movie. That guy really needs to get a life. He turns around on the freeway and follows the guy in the Huracan for 45 minutes and then starts screwing around with the two cars like he's turned it into some sort of game. This loser doesn't get that some people just don't want idiots like that following them and screwing around in traffic. I love how he just sits there like he's been wronged somehow and phones 911. What a p***y!

    Isn't Thorgalson a member here?

Wonder if he'll be cited for the cellphone filming while driving. Should be.

Plus he must have been stalking the guy already.. he knew his exit.

I don't see why he couldn't have gotten 5 minutes of video and then just moved on. Following someone for that long is completely crazy regardless of the car they are driving. The Lamborghini driver may also be an idiot but he had every reason to be pissed off. Maybe he did it just because he knew a confrontation would increase the likes on the video and make him more money off of ads.

Sadly, I think this is exactly what Jason wanted to happen....by creating controversy, the video will gain 1,000,000+ views (maybe even more) and go somewhat viral.

His YouTube video is monetized and he'll take home a nice amount of money based on all these views.

Controversy creates virality which means money.

Many time I had cars following me right to my home, and once I had guys following me right into my driveway. It can be a bit concerning. What made me not take the iron wrench with me getting out of the car was the fact it was a c6 corvette.
People need to wise up sometimes. too many crazies out there to play these games.

lolol lambo driver acting like he followed him home....maybe Lamborghini set this all up?

All parties at fault. Audi guy should be arrested because he came with intent. The Lambo guy arrested for reaching in the car. The filmmaker should be cited for filming while driving.

If the driver did not want to be film, leave the car at its home.

They don't look like Audi executive types, but hey what do I know. They are the opposite of Wink and his painted-on suit pants.

I guess if you drive a prototype on the road people are going to film it. But there is a certain decorum to filming, and this was some type of assault.

Pity we live in speed limits, the real solutuion woudl have been for the lambo to blast away at high speed, but then he would have been on camera exceeding the limit.

I would say Jason was Harrasing the lambo driver and was the intial cause of a number of unsafe driving situations. After that it all goes pear shaped.

Using the skinny pedal to get away from the camera man would be better than the near assault and threat. Lambo guy is far more in the wrong here.

Expecting to be photographed and filmed is one thing. Even being followed for 45 minutes can ALMOST be forgiven, but once the driver is obviously concerned about your behavior, tries to flee, and you continue to chase them, that's when the line is crossed. Let's remember this is a guy who makes his living doing this - he's always on Gold Rush and Bullrun and all those rallies. If my memory serves me right, he was the scholar hanging out of the Veyron taking video of the infamous F50/Veyron run around NYC. Sure, maybe the Lambo owner over reacted and was a bit aggressive, but people driving like idiots creating a danger for everyone else can make people a bit heated. He wasn't mad about the filming from what we saw.

Yeah, great except then you put other people in danger driving too fast for conditions. This idiot filming puts people in danger trying to keep up. Not to mention the legal risks. Good idea.

he probably should've called the cops, but the photog brought this upon himself and was even kind enough to document it.

I did not see much dangerous driving from the photog until the Audi showed up, and the Audi showed more aggressive/dangerous driving than either of the others. Drive a prototype/pre-release exotic in public, and you need to expect someone will follow you for the pictures. There were far more than enough moments of open roadway there for the Lambo to safely get away and pull off, and if there wasn't, how did the Audi catch up?

at like 1:15 the photog says 'it looks like he's doing everything he can to not let me take video of him.' More like he just is done being followed and harassed. If the Lambo is slowing down(assuming this because at this point he was taking video of the Lambo in his mirror) to avoid him it'd seem that the photographer needed to impede traffic to slow enough to get the Lambo to pass him again. Also, let's remember we're watching a video edited by the photographer, who's someone known for being surrounded by recklessness. He's in the Super Speeders videos, was at Ben Chan's MP4 crash, filmed the black F50 racing around NYC. We aren't talking about some kid just excited to see the car.

Yep. Having kids follow me to snap iPhone shots is entertaining, but I have had people follow me for miles. At times it's been so uncomfortable that I purposely passed my exit. Never know who's out there. The photographer is a jerk pure and simple.
