    On a 1982 US Mondial 8 can the interior HVAC case be split and blower motor removed inside the car? Or do I need to pull the entire HVAC box out of the dash first?

    I believe you need to remove the dash, then the HVAC unit. User MECHANICAL DAD here is the one to ask. When I asked a similar question I believe he said the dash was out in less than an hour.

    It is impossible to remove the blower without removing the entire HVAC block from the wall behind the dashboard.
