I've been seeing a number of Super Elites listing and selling on ebay for about $100. And just now, found a few in the $50-60 range with Buy It Now... Has HW had trouble selling the 2000 limited edition and is blowing them out? or are the dealers just minimizing their hold of old stock and selling at cost? I picked up 1 each of the Super America and the FXX. Normally, I wouldn't pay $200+ for the Super Elites as I think they don't even come close in quality and detail to the Kyoshos that go for half that. But at $50-60, that's a fair price :)

Some sellers follow what MTS (Mattel Toy Store) discounts them to, I've seen this happen with with many Ebay sellers including myself. If you are familiar with MTS, they tend to stock older models (one year, inventory buybacks?) then blow them out at a discounted price, 50% off or lower at times. That's basically how I've acquired most of my collection.

I really don't see many super elites on Ebay for less than $160. MAYBE $120 but I haven't seen any BIN at $50 or $60
