How many F-chatters own gas-electric Hybrid cars? Make?
I am very interested in your input for the followings:

    -General ownership experience?
    -Factors influenced your purchase decision?
    -What are the costs/benefits?
-Would you consider another Hybrid purchase? If so, what manuf and why?
-If you currently don't own one, would you consider purchasing one if the cost is competitive with the gas version.

    Thank you so much.

I have not owned one, but I have gotten one as a loaner while another car was in the shop. It was the Toyota. My thoughts were that build design and quality looked like a Echo. It was not very slow, and power was adequate. Personally, I felt the car felt 'too thin' but then I generally prefer German designs.

The ride was adequate, as were the brakes. The 'fun' of the car was really trying to get the best gas mileage possible, as the screen would tell you your current trip MPG.

All in all it was not a bad car, I would not buy one for anyone I know, as the build is far too light and the car seemed fragile in a plastic sense.
