What are your setups? I plan to daily drive mine so plan to have a cable/charger at my work parking, same at home and a 3rd one in the car for when I take the car away from work/office. What do you do? And yes I plan to drive it every day as daily driver. I have a Cayenne GTS when I need to have a bit more room :)

I just put mine in qualifying mode for the last 15 min of my drive to keep the battery topped up. I only plug mine in at home about once every week or two, and only for 24 hours to top it off. No issues.

Drive in either e mode for silent departure from my neighborhood, and then I go to Qualifying. I drive it in CT Off most of the time as I find that is the most natural feeling. I also use e mode if I have a call with someone and I dont want them to know I am driving a sports car. I just plug in at home. 99% of the time I plug the car in before I leave my garage because I don’t want to remember to plug it in, if I am not back to the garage for a day or two then I might forget.

What is that adapter? I have a Tesla Charger also, and though I use the Ferrari Charger ( hung from my cieling) it would be nice to have that adapter just in Case.

So the 296 has a J1772 port, so if you look on Amazon for a Tesla to J1772 you get a few choices. Around 50-130 bucks. One I have is the Ecogenix.

Only thing you need to do is configure your wall charger to allow any EVs. If it’s set to only Tesla it won’t charge the F car.

Charges at 240V and 15A. Slightly higher than the Ferrari charger which can do probably 12A on a 15A wall circuit.

Thanks for the explanation, I was wondering about this after your post.... I know the Tesla is a 220v Charger and I thought maybe he 296 was not meant for 220v since it comes with a 110v Charger and figured they may not play well. Also big thanks for telling me I can configure the Tesla Charger to charge any EVs. I actually installed the Tesla Charger myself, but didn't look at configuring it any other way and wasn't paying attention to that at all. So I'll check on configuring it.. Thx!

If you check the sticker on the Ferrari charging handle, you’ll see Max 250V 15A, but yeah I can see how one can think it’s 110V into the car. The Ferrari changer only supports 110V though.
